AZAP Print Carlow Senior Camogie C'ship R5

Naomh Bríd 1-16

Myshall 1-10

Well done to our senior camogie ladies who turned in a great performance this morning against Myshall to come away with the spoils and top the group as they advance to the semi finals in two weeks time.

It was a fairly even first half with Myshall slightly on top going in two points up at half time. However a strong second half performance where we outscored Myshall 1-10 to 0-05 meant we sealed a well-deserved six-point victory. An all round positive team display with great attitude and effort culminating in 7 different scorers. Anne Roche & Helen Roche in particular putting in strong performances, Emma Brennan very accurate from placed balls scoring 0-08 and great to see the returning Rachel Sawyer chipping in with 2 classy points.

Well done to all players and management. Loads more to come from this group we hope. Onwards we go to the semi finals.
