Our Junior hurlers went toe-to-toe with near neighbours Bagenalstown Gaels in Round 3 of the JHC on Sunday morning. A nice crowd turned out, and both sides served up an entertaining contest in good conditions. Some lovely scores too from James Kehoe & Thomas O'Donovan in particular. 

Trailing by 3 at the break, our lads showed real fight to close the gap to a single point midway through the second half. A late goal gave Bagenalstown some breathing room, but credit to our boys who battled to the very end, showing plenty of grit and skill throughout. With 4 rounds still to go, it’s all to play for. Keep showing up and keep driving on 💪.
