A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this evening’s hurling event such a wonderful success for the Dermody and Dooley families. Special thanks to Tom Dooley for presenting the Michael Dermody Memorial Cup to the Blacks & Whites team, and to Nigel, Darragh, and Niall for their time and effort this evening. We’re very grateful to Bobby and all the team in Ballinabranna for the use of the facilities yet again, to the ladies who provided the delicious food and tea, and of course to both teams for serving up a great game of hurling in true sporting spirit.

While our lads battled hard for the entire game, Blacks & Whites just seemed that bit sharper and in the end were worthy winners. Congrats to them and we look forward to doing it again next year 🇧🇭.
