We were delighted to be invited back to the John Reidy Memorial tournament in Clane yesterday. A feast of hurling on an otherwise sunny day - what more could you ask for?! We started well getting 2 wins from 3 in the group stages which put us through to the Shield final against Carrig Riverstown of Offaly. A ding dong battle right to the end with our lads taking the lead, relinquishing it and fighting back superbly to come within a whisker of a goal of and taking the win at the death. Alas, not to be but a wonderful day out with lots of game time for everyone.
A huge thanks to Clane GAA for their fantastic hospitality. A lot of hard work goes into organising such an event and they did a phenomenal job! Those burgers and hot dogs were delicious. We rounded out the night with some food in the Lord Bagenal and a medal presentation for our 2025 junior & intermediate winning sides 🥇.
Finally, big thanks to our players and management for all their efforts yesterday and doing us extremely proud 🇱🇻.
